(Duration: 10 Nights-11 days): Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath

Char Dham Yatra

The Char Dham Yatra is the most sacred pilgrimage circuit in the Garhwal Himalayas, covering Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. The yatra starts and ends at Haridwar and covers close to 1,600 km of mountain road, with two walking sections – about 6 km to Yamunotri and 16 km to Kedarnath – that can be done on foot, by pony, palki, or helicopter. The temples are open from April–May to October–November, and registration is arranged for you in advance.

(Day 1- Haridwar) – Arrival in Haridwar, check in hotel, freshen up & going for local sightseeing.

Har Ki Pauri for the evening Ganga Aarti, Mansa Devi Temple, and Chandi Devi Temple. Overnight stay in hotel.

(Day 2- Haridwar to Barkot)- Check out from the hotel & Travel to Barkot via Mussoorie, visiting Kempty Falls on the way, check in and taking some rest, overnight stay in hotel.

(Day 3- Yamunotri Darshan)- Early morning drive to Janki Chatti and trek about 6 km to Yamunotri, darshan at Yamunotri Temple, Surya Kund and Divya Shila, return to Barkot for overnight stay.

(Day 4- Barkot to Uttarkashi)- Check out from the hotel & Travel to Uttarkashi, check in and freshen up, visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple, overnight stay in hotel.

(Day 5- Gangotri Darshan)- Early morning drive to Gangotri along the Bhagirathi river, darshan at Gangotri Temple, Bhagirath Shila and Submerged Shivling, return to Uttarkashi for overnight stay.

(Day 6- Uttarkashi to Guptkashi)- Check out from the hotel & Travel to Guptkashi via Tehri Dam and Srinagar, check in and taking some rest, evening at Ardh Narishwar Temple, overnight stay.

(Day 7- Kedarnath Darshan)- Early morning drive to Sonprayag and Gaurikund, trek about 16 km to Kedarnath by foot, pony or palki, or take the helicopter service, darshan at Kedarnath Temple, overnight stay at Kedarnath.

(Day 8- Kedarnath to Guptkashi)- Morning aarti and darshan, trek back to Gaurikund and drive to Guptkashi, check in and taking rest, overnight stay in hotel.

(Day 9- Guptkashi to Badrinath)- Check out from the hotel & Travel to Badrinath via Joshimath and Vishnuprayag, check in and freshen up, taking holy dip at Tapt Kund and evening aarti at Badrinath Temple, overnight stay.

(Day 10- Badrinath to Rudraprayag)- Morning darshan and visiting Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Bheem Pul and Saraswati River, then Travel to Rudraprayag, check in and overnight stay in hotel.

(Day-11 Drop)- freshen up, visiting Devprayag Sangam on the way, and drop at Haridwar or Rishikesh railway station.
